Tura, Feb 4: The MLA of Ampati and Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate Miani D Shira today addressed a huge gathering of supporters after filing her nomination.
Miani said she was confident of returning as an MLA due to the continuous supporter of the voters of Ampati Legislative Assembly Constituency (LAC). She also said that the people of the State had suffered under MDA rule, and it was time to work together for the progress of the people.
She was accompanied by her father and former State chief minister and state TMC leader Dr Mukul Sangma.
