Shillong, Feb 7: The BJP today put up a massive show of strength as its senior leader and Mawsynram Assembly Constituency candidate H.M Shangpliang were accompanied by hundreds of supporters while he was proceeding to the Returning Officer’s office to file nomination papers for the February 27 election.
