SHILLONG, Feb 6: The HITO on Monday sought action against Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma, Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong and Cabinet Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar for violating provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act by riding pillion recently without wearing helmets.
