SCL Div-I: Sunrise CC trounce Matri Sangha

SHILLONG, Feb 14: In the match between Sunrise CC and Matri sangha, the latter won the toss and chose to field. Sunrise CC scored 255 all out in 34.4 overs. Krishna Chettri hammered a quickfire 82 off 53, while Basant Chettri scored 42 off 48.Sahil Subedi bowled 7 took 3 for 42 and Soumen Bhattacharjee took 2- 31 in 5 overs. In reply Matri Sangha were bowled out for 112 in 26.5 overs. Pintu top scored with 28 off 31 balls while Bob scored 28 off 36. Among the bowlers, Bhuwan Thapa bowled 5 overs took 2 for 11, Basant Chettri bowled 5 overs took 2 for 21. Krishna Chettri was awarded the man of the match for his brilliant 82 off 53.
