Shillong, Feb 19: In connection with the two incidents of pre-poll violence reported from areas under 46-Phulbari Assembly Constituency in Garo Hills region, the main suspect has been placed under preventive detention till March 3.
Further, total 47 persons have been arrested till date and 142 persons have been bound down by court u/s 107 CrPC as informed by the West Garo Hills district police.
