Chillibreeze will launch NEQuest, an online platform with free courses for the youths of Northeast. According to a statement, the NEQuest is aimed at building a community of self-confident, open-minded, responsible youths of Northeast. “NEQuest will offer online courses to achieve the above objectives, which will be supplemented with group discussions, community interactions and even one-on-one workshops,” the statement said.
Programme
The North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) will organise a programme at 1 pm on March 4 to commemorate its 13th annual day celebration. According to a statement here, the programme will be organised at Auditorium, Director’s Administrative Block, NEIGRIHMS.
The annual installation ceremony of Matri Mandir will be celebrated on Wednesday on the temple premises at Polo.
Seminar
Women’s College, Shillong, will organise a two-day national seminar on the theme ‘Meghalaya in the 21st Century’, at 10 am on Friday and Saturday. According to a statement here on Tuesday, the inaugural programme will be attended by Meghalaya DGP Dr. LR Bishnoi as the chief guest. “The seminar is our concluding programme of the year-long celebration to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Meghalaya’s Statehood,” the statement said.

The State Bank of India (SBI), Regional Business Office, Tura, on Tuesday on Tuesday handed over a cheque of Rs. 10 lakh to the District Maternal & Child Health Department, Tura, West Garo Hills, for purchasing essential logistics for the revamp of the PHCs of Tikrikilla, Dadenggiri, Pedaldoba, Selsella and Bhaitbari. According to a statement here on Tuesday, the cheque was handed over to District MCH Officer, Tura, Dr. lvonne M Sangma, by Regional Manager of SBI, Tura, Dharmananda Banai.
