Congress candidate from East Shillong Manuel Badwar has exuded confidence about winning the seat with a margin of 1,000-1,500 votes.

Badwar, who is locking horns with former Congress MLA and now NPP candidate Ampareen Lyngdoh among others, has also maintained that people are looking for a change in the constituency
