Appointment of doctor sought at PHC

Tura, April 5: The Moheshkola regional unit of the GSU in South Garo Hills has written to the Civil Surgeon (CS) in Baghmara seeking the appointment of a new doctor at the area’s PHC.

In its letter to the official, the union informed that the people from the area are facing problems due to the absence of a doctor after the one stationed at the centre was transferred recently. The union sought the appointment of a new one to take his place.
