12 active Covid cases in state

SHILLONG, April 18: Meghalaya on Tuesday reported four new cases of Covid, taking the active tally to 12.
Three cases were reported from West Garo Hills while one case was reported from Ri-Bhoi. Eight patients also recovered from the infection on Tuesday including three each in West Garo Hills and East Khasi Hills and two in East Jaintia Hills.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Meghalaya has recorded a total of 95,181 cases and 1,625 casualties.
