No merger with NPP, says HSPDP MLA

SHILLONG, April 21: Cabinet Minister and HSPDP MLA, Shakliar Warjri on Friday dismissed reports of the two party MLAs joining the ruling NPP.
Making it clear that no such discussion has taken place, Warjri said he was hearing such reports for the first time.
He insisted that the party was focussed on strengthening itself ahead of the district council elections due next year.
