Shillong, May 1: Ponniyin Selvan: Part 2 by director Mani Ratnam is now dominating the global box office.

The movie crossed Rs 150 crore globally in barely three days. The movie is doing exceptionally well at the foreign box office in addition to the home box office. At this pace, Lyca Productions will be able to turn a profit on the movie. However, both critics and viewers have had conflicting opinions about the movie.

On April 28, PS 2 debuted in theaters to much anticipation. The movie was released across all of India in five different languages: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
