Shillong, May 5: An MSc (Botany) Second Semester student of NEHU, Gallan WB Kharsati reportedly drowned at the Phe Phe falls in West Jaintia Hills on Friday evening.
A source said that the victim was part of a group of students who had visited the spot for a picnic.
