Shillong, May 10: The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are well-positioned in the 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) due to their performance in the game so far.

CSK is the overwhelming favourite to make the playoffs and is also very likely to be in the top two. They still have two home games and two games against the team in last place to play, therefore they will have two chances to play in the championship game.

The Delhi Capitals (DC), which is now in last place, will travel to Chepauk on Wednesday, May 10. They have just eight points after 10 games, have only four victories, and are in danger of being eliminated.

But the DC’s recent performance works in their favour. Although they had been in danger of being eliminated for some time, David Warner has helped his club earn four victories in their last five games. Both at home and abroad, DC has put on some spirited performances.

When it comes to the head-to-head record, the Super Kings are clearly in the lead, particularly in Chepauk. However, the Capitals have prevailed in three of their previous five games, all when behind.
