City park officially renamed

SHILLONG, May 17: The iconic Lady Hydari Park in the city has officially been renamed as Ka Phan Nonglait Park.
“We have cleared the decision to rename Lady Hydari Park as Ka Phan Nonglait Park. This was a decision taken a long time ago but faced delay owing to administrative complications,” Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma said on Wednesday.
