Meghalaya Cong wants review of reservation policy

Shillong, May 27 The Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) on Saturday stated that the state’s reservation policy should be reviewed.

The MPCC Secretary and Mawhati MLA, Charles Marngar said that like all policies need to be reviewed once in a while, the party also wants the reservation policy to be reviewed.

On the roster system, he said the party wants prospective implementation and will set up an internal committee of the party to discuss it.
