Former GH MLA joins AAP

TURA, May 28: Former MLA and veteran Garo politician Omillo K Sangma has reportedly joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), a party which just made its appearance in Garo Hills.
Sangma’s joining took place during a meeting of the party held at the Mondoltilla Community Hall in Hawakhana locality of Tura on Saturday. The meeting was also attended by AAP North East in-charge, Rajesh Sharma.
Others who also joined the party along with Omillo included Indrash M Marak, Rakman R Marak, Shylesh Momin, Tening Ch Sangma, et al.
