Shillong-Delhi flight to operate twice every week

SHILLONG, June 7: In what can be termed as good news for residents of the state, SpiceJet will now operate two flights every week on the Shillong-New Delhi route.
As per the updated summer schedule of the Shillong Airport at Umroi, the Shillong-Delhi flight will now operate every Monday and Friday.
With this new schedule, there will be around 300 flight movements from the Shillong Airport every month.
In addition, two more parking bays are expected to be in operation in the next two months at the airport.
