Shillong, July 4: Meghalaya Government has identified nine athletes from the state who will be trained to compete at the international level.
Informing this, Sports Minister Shakliar Warjri informed that the nine athletes were shortlisted from among 3000 athletes. According to Minister, they would be trained by renowned Olympic athletes. The nine athletes also include some weightlifters.
