By Our Reporter SHILLONG, July 14: The Voice of the People Party (VPP) on Friday said it would submit its suggestions on the reservation and roster system only when the expert committee is constituted. “We will submit our suggestions to the expert committee. Wait till that time,” VPP spokesperson Batskhem Myrboh told The Shillong Times. The VPP’s latest comment marks a shift from its earlier stand wherein it had “indirectly” refused to recognise the all-party committee headed by Law Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh on reservation roster and even her appeal to all the parties to submit their views and recommendations to either her, the Law Department or the CM. “The members of the expert committee are yet to be appointed. Let us wait for the expert committee to be constituted and let it begin its work,” Myrboh said.
