Jowai, Aug 18: The Hyniewtrep National Youth Front (HNYF), Nartiang Circle, along with Jaintia People Welfare Organisation (JPWO), today sent back 18 outside labourers residing at areas Moodop village of West Jaintia Hills district, and were engaged by Dhar Company.

The labourers did not have any proper documents with them. The two NGOs allege that the labourers were granted permit to work at the construction of Mawlyndep road of East Khasi Hills District but somehow, they misused the permit which in turn affected the revenue collection of JHADC. The organisations have condemned the deceiving action of Dhar Construction.
