College, Jowai defeated Balawan College, Umsning by 2-0. Matches to be played on the 23rd of August 2023:NEIGRIHMS v/s JJM Nicholas Roy College, Riwar College, Pynursla v/s Shillong Law College, Nongtalang College v/s St. Edmund’s College, NEHU, Shillong v/s Phukan Memorial College, Dalu, WGH.
