Shillong, August 27: Amidst rising inflation woes, opposition parties are aiming to harness the public’s economic concerns against the BJP.

In Chhattisgarh, the Congress has initiated a ‘Mehangai Par Marham’ (Remedy for Inflation) campaign as part of its strategy for upcoming state and Lok Sabha elections.

As inflation takes a toll on the common man, political parties are working diligently to secure electoral victories.

The Congress has seized upon inflation as its key point of attack against the BJP, also implementing on-ground schemes to mitigate its impact.

Meanwhile, the BJP alleges corruption and unfulfilled promises against the Congress, setting the stage for intense political battles in the approaching elections.
