Five-day autumn session from Sept 15

SHILLONG, Aug 30: The five-day autumn session of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly will begin on September 15 and will continue till September 22.
The schedule was finalised by the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of the Assembly in its meeting held on Wednesday. The meeting was chaired by Assembly Speaker, Thomas A Sangma.
Sangma said three days (Sept 15, 20 and 22) have been allocated for government businesses while the remaining two days (Sept 19 and 21) will be for private members’ business.
