Tura, Sep 8: Social activist Nilberth Ch Marak has filed a complaint case in the Meghalaya Lokayukta, against officials of the PHE Department in Williamnagar over alleged irregularities within the department.
The complaint case was filed on Friday against Executive Engineer, Sujeet P Marak and three others- Junior Engineers Salseng M Sangma and Roshan T Sangma and Superintendent Engineer, Simsanggre Circle, Saljrang Sangma.
In this regard, a preliminary Inquiry is to be conducted by A K Sangma, MPS (Retd) and member of the Inquiry Wing, Meghalaya Lokayukta and a preliminary report submitted within three months.
