Vicky Kaushal grooves to Punjabi beats ahead of ‘The Great Indian Family’ release

Shillong, September 11: Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal, gearing up for his upcoming family entertainer ‘The Great Indian Family’ (TGIF), delighted fans by sharing a video of himself dancing to a Punjabi track.

As per IANS, the actor, known for his roles in movies such as ‘Masaan,’ ‘Raazi,’ ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike,’ ‘Sardar Udham,’ and more, remains highly active on social media.

In an Instagram Stories post, Vicky shared a behind-the-scenes (BTS) video from a photoshoot, showcasing his dance moves. Dressed in formal attire—grey blazer, matching pants, white shirt, and a stole—he completed the look with white shoes and black sunglasses. Vicky also sported a heavy bearded look.

Grooving to Karan Aujla and Ikky’s song ‘Softly,’ Vicky’s smooth moves left his fans awestruck. He captioned the reel with, “The only way I know how to do photoshoots. What a banger by @karanaujla_official veerey!”

Karan Aujla himself shared Vicky’s video on his Instagram Stories and humorously wrote: “TEACH ME THOSE MOVES PLEASE.”

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, ‘The Great Indian Family’ is set in the heartland of India and explores the chaos that unfolds in Vicky’s family due to unforeseen circumstances. The ensemble cast includes Vicky Kaushal, Manushi Chhillar, Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Sadiya Siddiqui, Alka Amin, Srishti Dixit, Bhuvan Arora, Ashutosh Ujjwal, and Bharti Perwani. The film is scheduled for release on September 22.

In addition to ‘The Great Indian Family,’ Vicky Kaushal has ‘Sam Bahadur’ directed by Meghna Gulzar in the pipeline. This film is a biographical account of Sam Manekshaw, the Chief of the Army Staff during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971 and the first Indian Army General to become Field Marshal. The cast also includes Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Sheikh.
