Ganesh Chaturthi
Along with rest of the country, Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated at Rilbong Ganesh Mandir on September 19 with a day-long programme of puja, yagna, devotional songs, arti and distribution of bhog prasad.
Clarification
In the news item titled “Goa Guv attends Onam celebrations in Shillong”, published in this paper on Monday, it was Thomas Sebastian who worked in the Auditor General’s Office, and who was conferred an award by the Goa Governor during Onam celebrations, and not Jose Lukose as reported. The error is regretted.
