Shillong, September 20: A battery of an e-scooter exploded during the charging process in south Delhi, according to a police official. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.
As per IANS, a senior police officer stated that a call reporting a fire was received at CR Park police station at 11.47 pm. Subsequently, a police team was dispatched to the location, and the fire department was alerted.
Upon arrival at the scene, it was determined that Raju Sahu had been charging the electric scooter’s battery near an aquarium inside his shop when the explosion occurred. Thankfully, there were no injuries resulting from the incident.
