Governor Phagu Chauhan during the Annual Associate NCC Officers (ANOs) Award Ceremony organised by the NCC Directorate, North East Region, at the Rhino Auditorium, Shillong, on Wednesday. The Governor presented awards to 16 deserving officers from different states of the North East in the presence of Lieutenant General Sanjay Malik, GOC, 101 Area Shillong, Major General Gagandeep, Assistant Director General, NCC, North East, Associate Officers of NCC, senior state officials, officers of the Army and the Police department.
