NH-6 is flooded at
Lumbyrhing village in Ri-Bhoi following heavy rainfall on Friday night. The unexpected deluge forced traffic diversions on the usually busy four-lane highway, while around 6-7 houses were submerged leaving their occupants grappling with the loss
