Shillong, Oct 15: In a riveting competition that left the crowd on the edge of their seats, Alan S. Marbaniang won the championship title, earning him the title of the Overall Champion in the Men’s category in the 1st Shillong Para Arm Fight and Open Challenger Arm Fight Championship.
On the women’s front, Wandalin Syiemiong emerged as the Overall Champion in the Women’s category, showcasing tremendous strength and determination throughout the competition. Her remarkable performance secured her a well-deserved victory in what was a fiercely contested category.
The adrenaline-pumping 1st Shillong Para Arm Fight and Open Challenger Arm Fight Championship 2023 took place on October 14 at the Malki Ground in Shillong. The event showcased remarkable displays of strength, grit, and sportsmanship as participants vied for the coveted titles in both the Men’s and Women’s categories.
The event saw athletes from all walks of life, coming together to test their arm-wrestling skills and engage in fierce but friendly competition. The crowd at Malki Ground was treated to an electrifying atmosphere as they cheered on their favorite participants throughout the championship.
