Shah Rukh Khan tops 2023 IMDb list as the most Popular Indian Star

Shillong, November 22: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has clinched the lead in the 2023 IMDb top 10 list of the most popular Indian stars. His stellar performances in the mega-hits “Jawan” and “Pathaan” secured him the top spot, with both movies ranking as the second and third biggest Hindi films globally.

As per IANS, following closely are actresses Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone, securing the second and third positions, respectively.

Expressing her gratitude, Alia Bhatt acknowledged her audience for elevating her to her current position. She pledged to continue delivering entertaining content while expressing love and gratitude to her supporters.

Alia also committed to working tirelessly to bring more inspiring stories and characters to the screen.

Claiming the fourth position is actress Wamiqa Gabbi, elated by her debut on the IMDb Most Popular Indian Stars list. Gabbi emphasized the significance of IMDb, representing the sentiments of a global audience, making the recognition even more special.

The fifth to eighth spots are occupied by Nayanthara, Tamannaah Bhatia, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Sobhita Dhulipala, respectively. Following them is Bollywood’s ‘Khiladi,’ Akshay Kumar, at the ninth position.

Rounding off the top 10 is star Vijay Sethupathi in the tenth spot. The IMDb list reflects the diverse talents and accomplishments of Indian stars across various genres and languages.
