Tura, Nov 22: The much-anticipated Tura Champions Trophy, dubbed the “Battle of the Beast,” has officially commenced at the Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School (GBHSS) Artificial Football Turf in Chandmary, Tura.
The District Football Association Tura is orchestrating this grand event, which promises intense competition among 17 participating teams vying for the prestigious trophy.
The opening match of the tournament unfolded on Wednesday, featuring a riveting clash between DANAKGRE YOUTH Social Cultural Club and Babelapara Sports Youth Club. As the excitement unfolds, the competition will progress through the Round of 16, with matches scheduled to continue until November 30, 2023.
