Football trials for West Garo Hills U-18 team on December 2

Tura, Nov 30: In preparation for the 5th Meghalaya Games 2024, the District Football Association in Tura announces upcoming trials for the Under-18 Boys category, aimed at selecting the team to represent West Garo Hills district.Scheduled for December 2, 2023.
The trials will take place at the GBHSS Artificial Turf Football Ground in Chandmari, Tura, starting at 6:30 AM. Prospective players aspiring to showcase their talent are required to report by 6 AM.
Eligibility criteria specify that participants must be born on or after January 31, 2006.To facilitate the registration process, players are mandated to bring a copy of their Aadhar Card and Birth Certificate for verification.
The Meghalaya Games, set to unfold in January 2024 in Tura, mark a historic shift as this will be the first time the Games are held outside Shillong, adding an extra layer of significance to the event.
In anticipation of a fierce competition and the discovery of budding talents, the football trials for the U-18 team in West Garo Hills promise to be a crucial juncture.
