Tura, Dec 14: Chief Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya D.P.Wahlang along with Principal Secretary to Health and Social Welfare Department Sampath Kumar, Syed Md Razi, Commissioner & Secretary to PHE etc and Director of Education Ambrose Marak had a review meeting with the BDO’S and other Officers of various line Departments, Banking etc on Thursday at New Circuit House Conference Hall in Baghmara.
Highlighting the implementation of various centrally and state sponsored schemes, various departments delivered power point presentation relating to Rural Development programme such as PMAY, MGNREGA etc, status of JJM under PHE, NRLM, ICDS, Health, Education, PWD Roads, NH, NHIDCL, Banking etc.
During the meeting, various issues and challenges faced by different departments were also raised to the Chief Secretary.
