Two students killed, one injured in road accident

Nongpoh, Dec 15:   Two students of Don Bosco University located at Tepesia in Kamrup Metro district of Assam were killed on the spot and another student seriously injured when the motorcycle they were riding on collided with a truck on the flyover over Guwhati-Shillong Road at Jorabat today.
The accident occurred at around 3 pm when the motorcycle bearing registration number AS 01EJ 7870, en route from Sonapur to Guwahati, collided with a truck registered as NL 01AE 1887.

Jorabat traffic police swiftly responded to the scene, transporting the injured students to Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for urgent medical attention.

The two deceased were identified identified as Kethosetuo M, hailing from Nagaland, and Shreyan Roy, a resident of Assam. The third student, identified as Kethosetuo Kratsutsu from Nagaland, is currently undergoing treatment at Guwahati Medical College and Hospital  for his injuries.
