SHILLONG, Dec 16: A two-wheeler was burnt while another one was vandalized by miscreants at Mawprem late Thursday night. According to the police, the two-wheeler which was parked on the roadside was burnt and an investigation is on. ‘This is not the first incident in the same area, as in May this year several two-wheelers were vandalized in the same area in the wee hours’.
