No threat due to COVID : Ampareen Lyngdoh

Shillong, Dec 21: Meghalaya Health Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh today said there was no serious threat of COVID in the state as on date in the wake of reports about incidence of increasing number of COVID cases in some parts of the country.

She informed that a meeting was convened by Union Health Minister in this regard. She further informed that the State has sufficient ICU beds, oxygen supply and does not anticipate any problem because of COVID.
