SHILLONG, Jan 10: Seng Samla organised Dum Dum Week 2024 concluded here recently.
The programme which included outdoor and indoor games witnessed enthusiastic participation of the youths while the senior citizens of the locality were felicitated, a statement issued here informed. Nongthymmai MLA, Charles Pynrope was the chief guest of the event. He lauded the effort of the seng samla for organising such events.
While MDC Latiplang Kharkongor stressed the importance of sports towards the well-being of individuals keeping them away from anti-social activities.
Live performances entertained the audience on the last day of the programme, the statement said.
