SHILLONG, Jan 28: Maj Gen Rajesh Kumar Jha, who is presently serving as the Director (Personnel) of NEEPCO, has been awarded ‘Bar to Ati Vishisht Seva Medal’ for his distinguished service of exceptional order by the President of India on Friday.
Gen Jha is the proud recipient of AVSM for the second time.
First AVSM was awarded to him by the President on January 26 of 2021, while he was serving with India’s Strategic Forces Command. He has dedicated both his awards to his dream team of soldiers, JCOs and officers who worked tirelessly to achieve the organisational goals.
