KHADC budget session from March 19

Shillong, Feb 28: The budget session of the KHADC will commence on March 19.
Meanwhile, KHADC Deputy CEM, Pynshngain N Syiem informed that they are looking to present the full budget in the upcoming budget session.
Syiem said that he does not think that the council can pass its budget if the dates for the Lok Sabha elections are announced.
He further informed that the executive committee is yet to meet to finalise the list of businesses for the session.
“We have not discussed if we are going to table any new bills during the session. We will see since still will have ample time to decide,” KHADC CEM said.
