Eight Dorbars in Pynthorumkhrah come together under one banner

SHILLONG, April 24: As many as eight Dorbar Shnongs of Pynthorumkhrah constituency have formed a new body called ‘Bri U Hynniew Trep’ during a meeting held at Golf Links community hall on Monday.
The meeting was attended by the Rangbah Shnongs and secretaries of the Dorbar Shnongs of the eight localities.
The office-bearers of this new body include Rangbah Shnong Golf Links Michael Hek as president, Mawpat Rangbah Shnong Juda Wahlang as vice president, Urkaliar secretary Samborlang Diengdoh as general secretary, secretary of Pynthorumkhrah, Amos Manih, as assistant general secretary, and Rangbah Shnong of Langkyrding Mihngi, B Basaiawmoit, as general secretary.
The new body will look after the issues afflicting the eight localities and its residents.
