Riatsamthiah Dorbar Shnong on Friday felicitated Gordon Kupar Nongbri, who secured second position in the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Examination, 2024. On the occasion, the headman, M Kharkrang, exhorted him to be a role model for youths in the locality. “His achievement was a proud moment for the locality,” Kharkrang said.
