SHILLONG, May 18: Meghalaya Together, a socio-cultural organisation committed to fostering unity and societal welfare, successfully conducted its 2nd Life Skill Development Programme at Laban Assamese Girl Higher Secondary School on Saturday. The event saw participation from nine schools across Shillong, with a total of 58 students engaging in various developmental activities.
The programme featured sessions on essential skills such as Time Management, conducted by Roshni Subba, Administrator at St. Peter’s School; Personality Development, led by Dr Prof Brinda Bazeley Kharrymbai, Head of the Department of Education at NEHU; and Leadership Skills, facilitated by former corporate executive Hiranmoy Dutta.
Dharmaraj Joshi, a graduate of Gauhati University and a freelance personality development trainer, professional Quiz master, and school motivator, spearheaded the programme. He also led interactive sessions including a brainstorming workshop and a Turncoat debate competition.
