First Kawasaki showroom in state comes up

NONGPOH, June 6: The first-ever showroom of Kawasaki Motors in Meghalaya was opened at Jorabat on Thursday with the deputy senior manager, Sales and Marketing, India Kawasaki Motors Pvt Ltd, Manish Saxena, inaugurating the new showroom named ‘Kawasaki Jorabat’ in the presence of Ashish Sattikar, deputy senior manager, Tech Service, India Kawasaki Motors Pvt Ltd, the owner of the showroom, Rajesh Kalita, bikers from Meghalaya and Assam, and other well-wishers.
Located near NES Jorabat, this showroom specifically deals in premium segment bikes including off-road bikes. The showroom, which is the second of its kind in the Northeastern region and the forty-seventh facility of Kawasaki Motors in India, also offers servicing, spare parts, and riding gear.
Manish Saxena, speaking to media persons after the inaugural programme, said that this is a full-fledged dealership showroom that deals in sales, service, and spare parts, and also provides safety tips to riders using premium segment bikes for the first time.
