Blood donation camp and awareness programme

A donor is felicitated at a voluntary blood donation camp and awareness programme organised by Station Medicare Centre Headquarters Eastern Air Command (Unit), Pasteur Institute and Woodland Hospital Shillong, at HQ Eastern Air Command. The Principal Medical Officer of EAC, Air Vice Marshal S Shankar, senior officers and other personnel participated in the blood donation camp. A total of 71 persons came forward to donate blood. The programme was inaugurated by president of Air Force Families Welfare Association (Regional), Smita Dharkar, and others.
