SHILLONG, July 2: In view of the inclement weather condition, there is likelihood of further landslide along the Rngain stretch of NH-40 Shillong-Dawki road. In this regard, the Sub-Divisional Officer (C), Pynursla Civil Sub-Division has advised the general public to exercise due caution while travelling along the said road especially during heavy rain and during night hours and also to avoid taking unnecessary travel along the route.
The Sub-Divisional Officer (C) added that the situation is being monitored closely for the safety of the general public.
