The Office of the District Medical & Health Officer, East Khasi Hills, under the aegis of National Health Mission will observe the World Population Day 2024 at U Soso Tham Auditorium, Shillong, from 10 am to 4 pm. During the programme, debate competition for college students will be held at 10:30 am, a short skit/play will take place at 12:15 pm, a panel discussion at 1 pm and an inaugural programme of World Population Day at 2 pm – 4 pm.
