SHILLONG, July 25: Unidentified miscreants pelted stones and lobbed a petrol bomb at a private residence in Them Mawbah area on Thursday morning.
East Khasi Hills Superintendent of Police Sylvester Nongtnger said police were informed that around 7.30 am, some miscreants pelted stones and hurled a petrol bomb on the roof of a house belonging to Julie Lyngdoh.
The house owner had rented the house to some non-tribals.
