Miscreants torch govt vehicle

SHILLONG, July 29: Unidentified miscreants torched a government vehicle at Nongmensong early Monday morning. The vehicle was completely gutted before emergency services arrived.
The government-owned Gypsy (ML01 5989) belonging to the Public Works Department (PWD), was set on fire around 3 am near the Nongmensong Umkdait post office.
