ABVP calls on Governor

SHILLONG, July 30: A delegation of ABVP Meghalaya called on new Governor of Meghalaya, CH Vijayashankar, as courtesy during his oath-taking ceremony at Raj Bhavan here on Tuesday.
The delegation was led by ABVP state vice president Dr Solony Barej, state secretary Tengku M Marak and central working committee member Nibiang Sumer.
The meeting was marked by a fruitful discussion covering a range of issues pertinent to Meghalaya, including education and environment. ABVP state secretary Tengku M Marak expressed gratitude to the Governor for his time and attention.
